Tiana Majstorovic will assume the role of Head of Investor Relations & Capital Markets at UNIQA Insurance Group AG effective 1 April 2026. She has been part of the Investor Relations team for eleven years and, in her role as Senior Investor Relations Manager, has made a significant contribution to the Group’s strategic capital market positioning, as well as helping to shape the dialogue with global institutional investors and analysts and the further development of the UNIQA Equity Story.

Tiana Majstorovic succeeds Roland Kliemstein (Head of Group Performance & Capital Markets Management and CFO/CRO of UNIQA Re), who had been serving in the role on an interim basis.
Tiana Majstorovic has more than a decade of experience in investor relations, capital markets, and risk management in the international financial sector. After holding positions in asset management, investment banking, and banking, she joined UNIQA in 2015.
Effective 1 April 2026, she will assume the role of Head of Investor Relations and Capital Markets, thereby strengthening UNIQA’s capital market presence amid dynamic market and industry developments: “I look forward to continuing our trusting collaboration with our stakeholders in this new role. Majstorovic studied economics and business administration, specialising in finance with a focus on investments and M&A.
