UNIQA has successfully completed the sale of its companies in Albania, Kosovo and North Macedonia. The transfer to the long-standing co-shareholder and founder took place as planned in the second quarter of 2025 following receipt of all official approvals. With this strategic step, the company is consistently focussing even more strongly on its profitable core markets in Central and Eastern Europe in line with its ‘UNIQA 3.0 Growing Impact’ strategy.
