Frederik Borgers is the new Head of Performance Management International at the UNIQA Insurance Group. In this role, the 41-year-old will strategically manage international business in UNIQA's core market of Central and Eastern Europe. Borgers succeeds Vinzenz Benedikt, who is now responsible for group finances in a group function.

Wolfgang Kindl, Member of the Management Board of UNIQA Insurance Group AG, highlights Borgers' comprehensive business knowledge, his cooperative management style and his proven track record: "Frederik played a key role in the development of our joint management and management platform and has repeatedly demonstrated his international leadership skills. I am confident that Frederik will further develop and advance his new role." What motivates the new Head of Performance Management International? Frederik Borgers: "I am motivated by how we use data and analysis to achieve real impact – and derive clear impulses for our business models from this."

Frederik Borgers, who studied actuarial science and economics, comes from Belgium and has worked in Austria, the Netherlands, Czechia and Romania. Since joining UNIQA in 2012, Borgers has already held various management positions. Borgers lives in Bratislava and sometimes cycles to work at the UNIQA Tower.
