The focus is on digital transformation, digitalization, health innovation and sustainability.
Actively shaping the future of the industry
The Alliance is actively engaged in shaping the future of the insurance industry. At more than 300 events and meetings per year, employees of the partner companies share expertise and best practices in all key business areas. The goal of the Eurapco partners is to strengthen their competitiveness and ability to innovate, and thus their activities in the respective local markets. There is also a strong focus on developing customer-centric solutions.
Collaboration across borders, hierarchies and functions
"We are proud to be a permanent partner of the Eurapco Alliance. This partnership is in line with our UNIQA 3.0 strategy, which is also based on cooperation across national borders, hierarchies and functions. In a time of rapid change and diverse challenges, we want to actively shape the future of the insurance industry together through mutual exchange," says Wolfgang Kindl, Member of the Management Board (Customer & Market International) of UNIQA Insurance Group AG.
"As one of the leading insurance groups, partnering with UNIQA opens new opportunities and horizons for the Eurapco Alliance. We are excited to initiate this collaboration, believing that by generating value and exchanging knowledge, we will strengthen both our collective and individual capabilities," says Oliver Schoeller, Chairman of Eurapco and CEO of Gothaer Group. "With great pleasure, we welcome UNIQA to the Eurapco Alliance. This partnership offers Eurapco a prime opportunity to enhance knowledge exchange, accelerate business, and boost innovation, digital transformation, and customer-centric initiatives within the Alliance," adds Frauke Feess, General Manager of Eurapco.
Fostering exchange and knowledge transfer
With more than 50 working groups and a wide range of annual activities, the Eurapco network covers all facets of the insurance industry. As a result, the Alliance serves as a platform for international networking and employee development. In particular, this includes the Eurapco Academy, which offers various internationally oriented learning formats and deep dives. UNIQA will make greater use of these offers for the further training of its employees. In addition, these expanded opportunities for education and training on an international level will increase the attractiveness of the participating insurance companies as employers. Furthermore, the Eurapco Lab, dedicated to exploring new solutions for the future of insurance, enables joint projects and business opportunities among the partners companies.
"The cooperation with Eurapco is an excellent platform for international networking and further training for our employees. These exciting opportunities for the training and further education of our experts at an international level also contribute to our attractiveness as an employer," says René Knapp, Member of the Management Board (People, Brand & Sustainability) of UNIQA Insurance Group AG.
