Ad-hoc: Early redemption of subordinated fixed to floating rate notes

The Management Board of UNIQA Insurance Group AG ("UNIQA", FN 92933 t) has today decided to terminate and prematurely redeem the EUR 200,000,000 subordinated fixed to floating rate notes, ISIN XS2199567970 (the "Notes"), issued on 9 July 2020, of which a total nominal amount of EUR 200,000,000 is currently outstanding, effective as of 9 July 2025.

The necessary approval from the Austrian Financial Market Authority has been granted.

The Notes will be redeemed in full on 9 July 2025 in an aggregate amount of the currently outstanding principal of EUR 200,000,000 plus accrued interest.

The notice of termination to noteholders pursuant to § 10 of the terms and conditions of the Notes will be published in the next days. Repayment will be made through the paying agent.
