UNIQA Insurance in Bosnia and Herzegovina shows continuous growth in 2021 Six-month report of the FBIH Insurance Supervision Agency published Despite the unpredictable challenges of the pandemic that the population of BiH has encountered in the past period, the official data of the FBiH Insurance Supervision Agency show a growing trend of the insurance market in Bosnia and Herzegovina. In the past six months, UNIQA BiH achieved a growth of 19.7% and a total premium of 35.7 million KM, which positions the company on top of the insurance market, according to the total realized premium. The highest growth (27,7%) was achieved for life insurance policies, which is at the same time a confirmation of the leading position of UNIQA Insurance in the field of life insurance. In addition to growth in the life insurance segment, a significant increase of 10% was recorded in all other types of non-life insurance, ie. property insurance, voluntary health insurance and motor vehicle insurance. These results and the current leadership position in the insurance market in BiH were preceded by several significant projects, all with the aim of improving customer service. The year began with the implementation of a new strategy and an internal reorganization with a greater focus on business digitalization, all in line with new market needs and pandemic challenges. In addition to previously applied projects, which enable clients to contract policies, pay and collect claims through the online application, a new client portal Moja UNIQA was implemented in this period, which allows clients easy insight into previous and currently active policies, quick online claim reporting and several status overviews. Senada Olević, CEO of UNIQA Insurance in Bosnia and Herzegovina, stated her review of the achieved results: "The year 2021 has started very dynamically for UNIQA. We implemented several significant projects that improved our business, and at the same time made our services more efficient and easier to use for our clients. The pandemic, in addition to negative and unpredictable circumstances, contributed to raising awareness about the importance of insurance policies. At the same time, clients recognized UNIQA BiH as a quality partner in all life circumstances, which reflected on our quality growth and development and motivates us to maintain and raise customer satisfaction with the service, which is currently rated 4.8 * out of a total of 5* ".
